We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to help support the continued growth and daily operations of our ministry.
Position Summary:
The School of Faith Administrative Assistant is a critical part of our team. This person must be able to collaborate with others as well as be self-directed with little supervision. In addition, it's critical that this person can manage multiple tasks that require a large amount of detail with accuracy and efficiency. This person must also possess good problem solving, time management and communication skills. This person must be able to use a computer very effectively and be capable and willing to learn software programs specific to performing tasks for the position. This person must see oneself as a team member responsible for the whole of the mission and its activity.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Spiritual
- Live a well ordered and balanced life
- Daily habit of mental prayer and frequent participation in the sacraments
- Pursue deeper conversion and growth in virtue
- Receive regular spiritual direction/mentorship
Spiritual Mentorship Program Administration and Coordination
- Assist Spiritual Mentorship Program Director with event preparation and execution.
- Create processes to add efficiency and effectiveness to current processes.
- Streamline current communication processes.
- Train team members and volunteers in these updated processes.
- Finalize formatting of program content, documentation and correspondence.
- Complete coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special projects.
- Maintain/organize project-related documents into both digital and paper filing systems.
- Using provided data, prepare spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide written communication to participants and vendors.
General Administration
- Plan and execute organization-related events.
- Assist organization with producing and distributing multi-media materials.
- Manage communications. Act as a point of contact between organization and vendors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage the general shared office space.
Movement, Mentors, and Community Administration and Coordination
- Assist with the formation and support of Groups.
- Identify, activate, train, and support Group leaders and participants.
- Facilitate Group meetings, training, and events.
- Communicate with Group leaders and participants to promote growth and retention.
- Community - Content creation & maintenance, Member support
