Holy Ghost Early Childhood is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant Director to assist in leading and managing a high-quality early childhood program! This is a 12-month, full-time position.
The Assistant Director will help oversee daily operations, support staff management, maintain regulatory compliance, and build positive relationships with families and the community. This position also assumes Director responsibilities in their absence and will be trained across all areas of leadership.
The qualified candidate must meet Iowa Early Childhood Director requirements (CDA, AA, BA, or equivalent experience/training) and have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of child development, licensing standards, and best practices in early childhood education is essential, along with the ability to supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain a safe, faith-centered learning environment.
