- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring proper handling, storage, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage departmental budgeting, procurement, inventory control, and cost analysis to optimize resources while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Proven management experience within dietary departments.
- Strong background in nutrition science and dietetics.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with teams.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and resource management within a food service environment.
