St. Joseph the Worker is looking for an Early Childhood Director to lead one of our thriving early childhood programs!
This full-time, 12-month leadership role is an opportunity to build a strong team, shape quality programming, support children and families, and create a warm, faith-filled environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
We're looking for someone who:
- Leads with confidence, compassion, and accountability
- Understands child development and high-quality early learning
- Can coach and develop staff
- Values strong family relationships
- Thrives in building systems, structure, and culture
- Has knowledge of Iowa licensing, IQ4K, and early learning standards
