We are seeking both Day and Night Nurses to join our friendly and collaborative care home team, based in the heart of Cross in Hand.

Registered Nurse

Up to £26.94/ per hour

Job Types: Part-time or Bank

Expected hours: 12 – 48 per week

Work Location: In person

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift / Night Shift

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and clinical support to residents
• Monitor and manage residents’ health conditions
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with on-call professionals as needed
• Support care staff and ensure a calm, safe environment
  
  

What We Look For

• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Excellent patient care skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS
