What You'll Do:
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related heating and cooling equipment. You will troubleshoot system issues, perform preventative maintenance, replace components as needed, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system performance and recommended solutions. Technicians are expected to maintain accurate service records, uphold safety standards, and represent the company professionally in customers' homes.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service or maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and residential HVAC systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable work ethic and professional attitude
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
- HVAC certifications or licensing are preferred but not required
