Position Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Doctor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, values collaboration, and is committed to helping patients improve and maintain their overall health.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. Partnership-track opportunities are available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active Massachusetts Medical License (required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Primary Care preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Brookline, MA 02446 or plan to relocate prior to starting employment.
