The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and stability
• Pour, level, and finish concrete according to project specifications
• Tying and placement of reinforcement
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with carpentry, forming, and general construction tasks as needed
• Apply sealants, caulking, and protective materials to finished surfaces
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the team with material handling, equipment operation, and other jobsite duties
• Perform routine maintenance and care of tools and equipment
• Operate skid steer

Qualifications

• Previous concrete experience required
• Ability to adapt to complex and non-typical foundations / projects
• Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
• Ability to safely operate power tools and construction equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Knowledge of slump, concrete testing, additives, curing procedures, weather conditions and their effect on job conditions and finishing procedures.
