Role Description
The Life Insurance Specialist role is a full-time remote position. Responsibilities include assisting clients with identifying and obtaining appropriate insurance solutions that meet their needs, explaining policies and coverage options, and building long-term relationships with policyholders. This role also involves providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and contributing to overall sales goals. You will play a key role in representing union-label insurance products and services to clients, ensuring coverage aligns with their financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and a comprehensive understanding of insurance concepts and policies
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Finance with the ability to explain financial programs and policy options clearly
- Proven ability in Sales with a results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and manage time effectively
- Life and Health Insurance license (preferred; assistance in obtaining is provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is an asset
