Are You
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing?
- Wanting to care for the elder population?
- Hoping to begin your career in healthcare?
- Able to communicate in English or use a translator?
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of WI?
- Certified in CPR, or willing to become CPR certified?
- Assist with developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Assist with patient rehabilitation and recovery
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
