Requirements:
- LPN or RN licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
- Must have a current CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, patients, families, community members, volunteers and other staff members.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications.

About this position:
The Admissions and Care Experience Nurse will focus on providing new patients and families with the necessary coordination of services for an optimal and seamless transition into the facility. Manages the facility’s internal admissions process from intake to discharge and is responsible for coordination of all tours and admissions, to ensure the process is thorough and the patient has a smooth admission, with a focus on their individualized clinical needs and comfort.
Salary : $26 - $41
