Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach
Holton-Arms School is seeking an Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach for the Spring 2025-2026 season.

The Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach will play an integral role in supporting the varsity program and will have the opportunity to work alongside a strong coaching staff, mentoring and guiding a talented group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the DC Metro area.
Qualifications
- Previous playing and/or lacrosse coaching experience preferred.
- A strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
- High character, leadership skills, and the ability to uphold Holton-Arms School’s values.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the development of the lacrosse program in alignment with the school’s mission.
- Foster a positive, growth-minded, and team-oriented culture.
- Emphasize fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and community-building.
- Maintain schedule flexibility for after-school practices and games.
The season runs from February 23 through mid-May. Competitive stipends are provided. A background check is required.
Salary and Benefits
The stipend for this position is $4000 for the season. Benefits are not available for this part-time position.
