Minimum Required Qualifications Include
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative/support roles (internships included).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting recruitment in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or campus outreach.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level HR or ATS platforms (SAP, ADP, etc.).
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Interest in international recruitment or visa processes for specialized roles.
- Assist in partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Support key stages of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications and interest.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for frequently recruited roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels; online platforms, networking, referrals; to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
- Draft and finalize offer letters, ensuring all compensation details and employment terms are aligned with internal approvals.
- Coordinate closely with HR and hiring managers to support a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
- Assist in ongoing improvements to recruiting processes, documentation, and standardized templates.
- Represent Holtec at career fairs, community events, and campus engagements to promote the employer brand.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists II & III with high-volume, hard-to-fill, or strategic hiring initiatives.
- Contribute to HR and Talent projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
