Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Place of Work: Camden, NJ; KPS Technology Center
Prepare business units as well as the consolidated corporate budgets and forecasts. Leads the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions within the organization, ensuring financial plans align with business objectives and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing financial models, analyzing performance, identifying trends, explanation of variances for actual versus budget and forecast and presenting findings to senior management.
Minimum Academic Requirements:
3 years experience, minimum.
Bachelors, Accounting or Finance.
CPA or MBA preferred.
Experience with Kinetics ERP and CaseWare.
Experience in the power generation industry, manufacturing or construction preferred.
