Location: Hybrid, ability to be in LA based office 1 day/week, in person in schools & districts regularly
Reports To: Head of K-12 Implementation
Type: Full-Time Employee
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 Bonus
About the Role
Regional Success Managers own the success of our programs in their assigned regions. You will develop, maintain and grow relationships with district and school administrators, educators, and community partners to ensure high adoption and engagement. This role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on program execution, ensuring our programs reach as many students as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Program Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, districts, and non-profits in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators, educators, and community partners to drive program adoption.
- Monitor program performance and engagement, providing insights to the K-12 Implementation Lead for continuous improvement.
Sponsor Engagement
- Support onboarding of corporate sponsors and ensure clear understanding of K12 program goals and expectations.
- Plan and coordinate sponsor activations and events in your region.
Team Leadership
- Manage a team of Implementation Specialists in your region, guiding them through program launches, school/non-profit support, and sponsor events.
- Train, coach, and monitor specialists to maintain high standards of execution.
Operations & Reporting
- Track regional program metrics, including student registrations, engagement, and sponsor participation.
- Provide regular reports to K-12 Implementation Lead with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and escalate as needed to ensure smooth program delivery.
Who You Are
- Mission-driven and passionate about connecting students to learning experiences.
- 5-7 Years in K-12 Institutions, EdTech Companies, Program management, Education, Community Engagement, or Youth-Focused initiatives.
- Strong relationship-builder with educators, administrators, community organizations, and corporate partners.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to lead a small team and work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working in a remote role while living in your assigned region.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
