What you’ll do:
A hybrid-remote work schedule is available after the training period is complete.
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.
- Call existing customers to inform of promotions
- Schedule service appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a home services or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prolonged periods of sitting
