Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems to observe activity within the facility and surrounding areas, ensuring safety and security at all times
- Coordinate transportation schedules for detainees or individuals in custody, ensuring timely and secure transfers
- Maintain accurate records through detailed report writing of incidents, detainee logs, and shift activities
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal teams during routine operations or emergencies
- Enforce facility policies by managing conflicts calmly and professionally, utilizing conflict management techniques when necessary
- Conduct thorough security checks on individuals entering or leaving the premises using CCTV and other surveillance tools
- Respond promptly to emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when needed and following established safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and report writing procedures
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle medical emergencies confidently
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and detention protocols is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with emergency services and internal teams
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts
