Job Description:
Summary:
Assists the Director of Invasive CV Services with all aspects of the department operating functions. The manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations including management of human and financial resources. Responsibilities will include communicating team expectations; advocate for resources; participate in department Process Improvement projects; mentoring staff, participate in evaluation of staff members individual performance; perform administrative tasks as assigned by Director.
Requirements:
RN, RCIS, or RT-R required. Three or more years of cardiovascular lab experience. Cath Lab management experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communications skills. Excellent time management, critical thinking, analytical skills and clinical competencies. Leadership qualities, and behaviors and activities supportive of the shared governance model.
