Rate of pay: $17.00 hour Min to $20.00 hour Max (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

At Holston Senior Living, we’re committed to providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents in a warm, family-like environment. We’re looking for a caring and dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
Maintain detailed and accurate medication administration records.
Provide compassionate, person-centered care and promote residents’ dignity and independence.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) in the state of VA
Must hold a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate.
Must have current CPR certification.
Previous experience in senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
