We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! As a key member of our team, you will support various administrative functions while maintaining a professional and lively front desk presence. Position is every Monday and Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and promptness
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns with patience and professionalism
