We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operational functions across HR administration, facility management, travel coordination, and purchasing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support benefits administration and HR compliance tasks
- Coordinate training schedules and internal communications
Facility Management
- Assist with day-to-day facility operations and vendor coordination
- Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Help manage office supplies, equipment, and workspace needs
- Support safety and compliance initiatives
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage itineraries, lodging, transportation, and expense documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for travel-related changes or issues
Purchasing & Procurement
- Assist with purchasing supplies, equipment, and services
- Create and track purchase orders
- Maintain vendor relationships and pricing records
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree
- Experience supporting HR or operations teams
- Familiarity with purchasing or vendor management
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements
Annual Bonus pay is available based on company and individual performance.
Training is available for well-qualified applicants.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,400.00 per month
