Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively creating and fostering positive relationships with external customers and boosting Customer Satisfaction/Service.
• Bring forth ideas, identify opportunities and recommendations for process change and enhancements.
• Collect customer feedback and engage other functions with feedback directly from the customer to foster the creation of a unified team to support our customers.
• Manage resource allocation for onsite and remote clinical instruction.
• Assist and support answering and resolving Application field issues.
• Provide continued customer service through managing of customer issues.
• Partner and work in collaboration with sales teams to generate new business.
• Collaborate in the development of new alternative training models.
• Proactively support team members with tasks to support growth of department.
• Ensure that all activities reflect the Quality Policy according to ISO 13485 Standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to be highly adaptable to complexity and change with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff, sales, marketing, and global franchise leaders.
• Needs to have a thorough understanding of breast health systems.
• Demonstration of professional demeanor.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to motivate others with a positive can-do attitude.
• Tenacity and drive to persevere through obstacles and barriers.
• Experience managing projects.
• Background in sales and customer service is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid passport as applicable.
• Ability to travel within North America and International.

Education   

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience 

• Experience as a Clinical Services Specialist or Customer Engagement Specialist preferred.
• Customer support and/or sales support is desirable

The annualized base salary range for this role is $77,000 to $120,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant

experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.

• Domestic travel to customer and Hologic site locations by automobile and/or airplane (may include occasional evening/weekend travel and extended periods of time out of the country); International travel may also be required.
• The work environment is within a healthcare setting where the individual is occasionally exposed to the risk of radiation exposure and blood-borne pathogens.  The clinical setting is a clean or sterile environment as required for surgical procedures.
