As a Clinical Application Specialist South, you will primarily support sales for Endomag, a Hologic Company in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg by: 

• Demonstration of our products 
• Installation support
• Implementation of training courses for customers 

This role requires a keen interest in the clinical environment and a passion for improving cancer care. Your commitment will give patients access to better treatment options. Working with experienced professionals allows you to constantly learn and improve your knowledge.

What To Expect: 

• Learn and understand Endomag, a Hologic Company and our products and become an expert in clinical applications. 
• Through appropriate training, you will become an expert in the clinical and technical knowledge of breast cancer and the diagnostic procedures and therapies of the treatment path. 
• Inform and support customers in using the products in line with their required needs (in-person as well as virtually).
• Participate in surgeries in multiple locations, depending on customer expertise and the needs of sales teams and clinicians. 
• Conduct high-quality product demonstrations. 
• Be responsible for new customer training and provide feedback for building and maintaining relationships in our market. 
• Conducting timely communication with users before and after training to ensure the use of our products. 
• Invest maximum time with customers to build and maintain strong relationships. 
• Take part in training and trade shows to collect leads and improve your understanding of the market.
• Collaborate with the sales team 
• Plan and use time efficiently and effectively. 
• Excellent soft skills with the ability to influence others at all levels.  

What We Expect

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and knowledge of the distribution channel and its processes. Experience in breast surgery (would be an advantage). 
• Ability to read, understand, evaluate and communicate technical information (e.g. scientific papers) quickly and competently. 
• Experience in the operating room is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (confident and tactful), especially when communicating with different groups of people. 
• Strong presentation skills – ability to speak to individuals, small groups, and a larger audience of a wide range of skills and experience. 
• Strong written communication skills. 
• Creative and inventive problem solver, but focused on quality and practical solutions
• Ability to easily adapt to a changing work environment.
• Working in a team, you have a high degree of independence to work autonomously. 
• High level of loyalty, integrity, reliability and credibility 
• Good computer skills (Microsoft applications)
• Openness to frequent travel in the assigned area of Bavaria / Baden-Württemberg
• Good knowledge of English.
