We’re looking for an intern who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us level up our planning tools and dashboards. If you’re curious, organized, and love turning data into action, this could be your summer to shine!
What you’ll be up to during your 10-12 week adventure:
- Build and enhance PowerBI dashboards to help track FedEx shipments and keep everyone in the loop.
- Integrate shipment tracking tools into our overall planning systems—think of it as connecting the dots for a smoother process.
- Help revamp our product master tool to better align with demand planning strategies (forecasting is about to get a glow-up).
- Create a handy demand model template for those tricky, one-off situations.
- Automate tiered dashboards to save our planning team valuable time every day (your impact will be felt—and appreciated!).
Who we’re hoping to meet:
- You can work full-time during the summer (May/June - August/September).
- You’re currently working on your Bachelor’s degree, with at least one semester left after the internship.
- Your major is in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or something similar.
- You’re heading into your junior or senior year.
- You know how to get your point across, whether you’re writing or speaking.
- You’re comfortable with data, and maybe even a little excited about dashboards and process improvement.
- You’re a proactive problem-solver who doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Location, pay & other important details:
- You can work onsite at our Marlborough, MA or San Diego, CA campus. Heads up: intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends aren’t provided, so you’ll need to have your living situation and transportation sorted out.
- Pay range: $21 - $25 per hour, based on your class standing and operational function.
