We're looking for a talented Revit Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of technical craft and collaborative delivery - translating ideas from sketches and verbal direction into accurate, coordinated drawings that project teams depend on. Your Impact

• Provide BIM support across project teams, producing drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and notes
• Analyse input materials to determine the best approach for developing deliverables, working with minimal supervision
• Create and manage Revit families that improve project efficiency and consistency
• Manage submittal production for medium-sized projects and assist on medium/large projects
• Collaborate with project leaders to coordinate consultant work and keep things moving
• Contribute to the organisation of plans, sections, details, and elevations
• Uphold office standards for design quality, production, and accuracy - including reviewing your own work
• Manage distribution and filing of incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Apply project research and understand and implement relevant software and operating systems

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

• An A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
• 4 years of structural drafting experience or related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam skills, including the ability to create and manage Revit families
• Strong verbal communication skills, including listening and questioning
• Good analytical skills - you can assess risks and obstacles and offer practical solutions
• Solid time management and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Additional MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting your project team

Compensation

Estimated starting salary $66,500 - $102,000 USD biannual profit share bonus potential.

This amount is an estimate. Salary will be commensurate with experience/skills and location.
