Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects to exceed sales goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Design and present security and life safety solutions for residential and commercial clients
- Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain organized records of leads and prospects while managing time efficiently
- Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and product offerings
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure success individually and as a team
- Represent Holmes Security Systems in the community and participate in local organizations and networking opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- 2 years of sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
