Essential Responsibilities
- Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
- Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
- Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)
- Review, process, and deliver policy audits to clients.
- Update agency management system and third-party platforms related to new and existing clients.
- Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
- Technical Competencies: Invest in understanding and applying insurance principles to advise clients on risk transfer, financial elements, and business transactions. Contribute to workflows and processes to deliver a world-class client experience while adhering to compliance requirements. Foster client relationships by understanding their needs, prioritizing deliverables, and proactively delivering impactful solutions.
