This role is perfect for a self-starter who is comfortable with a high volume of outbound activity and utilizes digital tools as primary methods of interaction.
The Opportunity
As an Account Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and the successful adoption of our services/products.
Requirements:Your Core Responsibilities
- High-Volume Proactive Outreach: Consistently execute a minimum of 30 outbound phone calls per day to clients for follow-ups, account check-ins, and relationship building.
- Digital Communication Mastery: Manage all client interactions and follow-up activities exclusively through professional text and email correspondence.
- Account Management: Monitor client accounts, process basic inquiries, and ensure all client information is accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the initial point of contact for client issues, efficiently documenting and routing complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
- Reporting: Track daily communication metrics and report on account health and engagement levels.
