Available Shift: 6:30PM-6:30AM with rotation weekends

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report patient conditions, concerns, and changes to the interdisciplinary team
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and communication
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and promoting a positive patient experience
Requirements:
Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Certifications/Licenses: Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Nebraska and current BLS/CPR is required.
