Duties
- Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software and process payments.
- Assist with animal handling and kennel cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems for scheduling, record keeping, and billing.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; customer service orientation is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail; previous experience would be helpful but not required.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
