Lexus of Greenwood Village has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join their team and the Holman Family!

What will you do?

In this role the Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for increasing overall service satisfaction, service department profitability, coordinating efficient and timely processes for Service Advisors and office staff, and promoting overall employee satisfaction.

• Ensures that the shop offers the highest level of customer service
• Assists the service manager in managing all aspects of service department operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records
• Serves as a liaison between the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration
• Through communication, oversight and direction works to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment
• Promotes the recruitment and development of some or all: Service Advisors, Service Porters, Service Assistants, Valet Drivers, Loaner Coordinators
• Liaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representative to achieve factory objectives
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience highly preferred.
• 5 Plus years Automotive Service experience.

Benefits:

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
