What You’ll Do
• Be the first point of contact for our customers — answering calls with professionalism and positivity
• Schedule appointments for estimates, consultations, and installations
• Follow up with clients we’ve quoted to ensure all questions are answered and to help close the sale
• Coordinate with our design and installation teams to keep projects organized and on track
• Maintain clear, accurate notes and communication logs in our system
• Represent the Holman’s brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail every single day
