What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Driver position at Holman Logistics Option 2?
Schedule: Monday-Friday 4pm-2am
Compensation: $30 per hour $1 per hour shift differential
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Moves loaded and empty trailers in and out of the docks.
- Shuttles empty and loaded trailers from Conway AR to and back.
- Works 12-hour shifts (5:00am -5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am).
- Performs manual duties out of the truck as assigned.
- Ensures product or equipment is inspected & free of damage or contamination.
- Completes paperwork/documentation properly.
- Uses a basic computer and or tablet for documentation purposes.
- Operates handheld radio.
- Daily housekeeping of the tractor being operated that day.
- Reports any inconsistencies to the shift supervisor.
- Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
- Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or needed by Holman.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Experience: One (1) year CDL driver experience.

Certificates & Licenses: Valid Class A CDL license.
