What You'll Do
As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey:
- Greet and welcome customers, making them feel comfortable from the start
- Showcase our inventory — features, warranties, and benefits
- Answer questions on financing, the purchase process, and vehicle specs
- Handle test drives, trade-in evaluations, and paperwork
- Work with our finance team to secure the best options for each customer
- Follow up with past customers to build lasting relationships and repeat business
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, welcoming attitude and strong listening skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- Valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record
- Full-time availability with some evening/weekend flexibility
- Coachable, team-oriented, and ready to grow
- High school diploma or equivalent
