NOW HIRING — SCALE HOUSE OFFICE MANAGER
Hollywood Scrap is looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented person to join our team in a full-time, in-person office position.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Reliability is extremely important for this position. We need someone who can consistently show up on time and be available for the full scheduled hours, including Saturday mornings.
What you'll do:
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Operate our scale system
- Calculate net material weights and customer payments based on current pricing
- Enter customer and transaction information accurately into our computer system
- Assist with used auto parts sales and pricing — no extensive parts knowledge required; pricing is generally determined using comparable online listings
- Handle payments, paperwork, and maintain accurate and organized records
- Complete general office and administrative tasks as needed
We're looking for someone who is:

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. This is a great fit for someone who likes a consistent routine, steady hours, and a small-business work environment.
$18–$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
