Role Description
We’re hiring a Retail & Brand Associate for House Rules, a brand-new concept store inside Hollywood Park Casino. The store will showcase licensed NFL, NBA, MLB, and MLS merchandise, exclusive casino-branded apparel, and collaborations with featured artists, athletes, and lifestyle brands.
This is an opportunity to be on the founding team, work closely with marketing, collaborate on new product ideas, and be part of unique partnerships that bring together the best of sports, entertainment, and fashion.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
- Assist in launching the store: merchandising, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support the marketing team with in-store promotions, campaigns, and activations
- Contribute creative ideas for new products and collaborations
- Work weekends and event days to engage guests during SoFi Stadium NFL games and casino events
- Be an active part of a collaborative team building something exciting from day one
What We're Looking For
- Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred
- Passion for sports, fashion, and culture
- Excitement to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and an interest in marketing or brand building
- Weekend and event availability required
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Marketing knowledge and experience in promoting products and brands
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus
This role will pay an annual salary of $45,000 to $52,000.
