We're looking to add a Nail Technology Instructor to our team!
The Instructor’s primary responsibility is to manage and lead their students to graduation through a positive and energetic classroom environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adherence to the syllabus, curriculum & lesson plans.
- Retention rates and student satisfaction
- Perform an active lesson and lecture, encourage active student learning, participation, and engagement.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Complete other assigned duties, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three (3) years of industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- State License, if applicable.
- Displays professionalism, problem solving, positive attitude, customer focused.
