Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Previous hibachi experience REQUIRED (restaurant or hibachi catering)
- Reliable personal transportation (must travel to event locations)
- Punctuality is critical — events run on a strict schedule
- Ability to physically assist with setup and breakdown, including:
- Tables and chairs
- Moving grills and equipment
- Loading/unloading supplies
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in private residential settings
