What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Sales Associate/Customer Service position at Hollywood Drive-In Golf?
Hollywood Drive-In Golf is the most innovative and exciting themed mini-golf destination in Orlando, Florida. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Pay: $16.50 per hour commission
- Schedule: Varying shifts available between 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
- Start Date: Immediate (upon successful completion of background check and drug screening – we are a drug-free workplace)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems (experience is a plus)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the course and facilities, including:
- Blowing off the course
- Cleaning restrooms
- Picking up litter and removing trash
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain)
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift and move objects up to 20 lbs
