Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Greets each customer with a smile and assists with any inquiries and problems.
- Assigns and assists customers with campsite.
- Remains current on all casino activities and assists guests with all inquiries.
- Collects and accounts for all camp site revenue.
- Responsibilities may include carrying out routine duties that occur while working at the Marina.
- Answers phone and assists with clerical tasks..
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers or fellow team members.
- Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Previous office experience preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- LMS system and basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Good written communication skills
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to sit. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
