Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining high areas which may need dusting or cleaning such as; vents, duct covers, lights & fixtures, beams, signs, columns, ceiling tile and televisions

Cleans and maintains offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators and Slot Machines other work areas

Clean parking lot: pick up trash and cigarette butts, sweep, occasionally pressure wash area around entrance and smoke shack

Keep front entrance clear of snow and ice: shovel snow from all exit areas of building, apply salt (ice melt) where and when needed

Maintain garden appearance

Sweeps, mop and vacuum floor

Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blind

Washes windows, door panels, and sills

Empties wastebaskets

Replenishes bathroom supplies

Keeps storage rooms clean and organized

Answers guest's questions about the facility

Shift Lead duties may be assigned

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge

Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills

Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
