Responsibilities
The Slot Attendant monitors electronic gaming device activity within an assigned area while delivering prompt, friendly guest service. This role assists guests with currency exchanges, routine machine service, jackpots, and ticket fills, while supporting marketing programs and overall slot operations.

Perform routine machine service and minor repairs, including jackpots and ticket fills

Educate guests on and enroll them in the Penn Play Program

Take beverage orders or provide non-alcoholic beverages as needed

Requirements
