This role creates a welcoming first and last impression and ensures a positive guest experience throughout their stay. A Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor works overnight to manage front desk operations while also handling basic accounting tasks for the hotel’s daily financials.

A Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor works overnight to manage front desk operations while also handling basic accounting tasks for the hotel’s daily financials.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Resolve guest issues or escalate to management as needed
- Process payments, room charges, and refunds accurately
- Maintain accurate guest records and cash handling procedures
- Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and reservation system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle electronic payments accurately
- Professional appearance and demeanor
