ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Works closely with the Director of Facilities and Facilities Management in maintaining schedules, meetings, follow-up details, and other related duties as assigned
- Coordinate and oversee new hire process and scheduling candidate interviews with Facilities Management
- Coordinate Facilities-specific orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training schedules for new hires
- Work with Facilities Management in scheduling staff to assure proper coverage of all days and shifts
- Monitor, document and report: Facilities Management and Team Member PTO/FTO leave requests, attendance, FMLA requests and leaves of absence
- Oversee Facilities inventory management system to include but not limited to: establishing inventory levels, organizing inventory storage, ordering needed inventory
- Work as a resource to Facilities Engineers in ordering materials and supplies outside of normal inventory
- Work with purchasing in procuring pricing for materials and supplies outside of normal vendors
- Request quotes for supplies and materials from vendors, creating requestions based on those quotes
- Oversight of and entering Facilities work orders, working with Facilities Management to maintain an efficient work order process, using the work order system to provide regular (monthly) and on-demand reports to provide data analysis of Facilities efficiencies
- Perform required “My Field Audit” monthly inspections
- Manage facilities related tasks in “My Field Audits”, transferring deficiencies into the department work order system and closing out completed tasks
- Coordinate site visits and inspections by Facilities Vendors, escorting or arranging for an escort for these vendors during their visits as needed
- Arrange escorts for facilities technicians needing to make entry to restricted areas
- Record and submit monthly and quarterly meter readings (ie; arcade electric, water)
- Attend monthly safety committee meetings, address safety concerns, create work orders to correct safety issues
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
- Assist Facilities engineers as needed
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Ability to understand and become proficient with purchasing software (Coupa)
- Ability to understand and become proficient with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to understand and become proficient with basic operation of building automation software (BAS)
- Ability to effectively speak and communicate with individuals and groups of people
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
STARTING SALARY
$22 per hourSalary : $22
