Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Beverage assistant manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the casino beverage services. Your focus will be on delivering a distinctive guest experience, ensuring high service standards, and optimizing team performance.
Operational Leadership
- Support the management of all casino beverage operations to ensure a unique and high-quality service experience.
- Supervise beverage team members, assigning tasks and managing workflow to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality through regular inspections and performance analysis, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
Team Development and Performance
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance management, including administering discipline and supporting career development.
- Promote a positive work environment by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Service Standards and Compliance
- Implement and uphold a consistent sequence of service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company and departmental policies, including bargaining unit agreements.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, attendance tracking, and timekeeping.
- Participate in budget planning by gathering and analyzing operational data.
- Review staffing needs and recommend schedule adjustments to meet business demands.
- Support inventory control and ensure accurate accounting of revenues and expenses.
Leadership and Representation
- Act as a role model for team members, embodying company values and professionalism.
- Represent the company positively and encourage others to do the same.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support departmental and company goals.

Qualification Requirements
To successfully perform this role, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a casino beverage, restaurant, or bar environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to interpret and analyze departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and profit & loss statements.
- Certifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
