What You’ll Do
- Cook and prepare menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Maintain speed and accuracy during rushes and showtime service
- Communicate with expo, servers, and other kitchen staff
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep, closing, and daily kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years cooking experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates
- Illinois Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, bend for 8–10 hours
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen
