We are looking for highly organized candidatee for the position of Front Desk Supervisor. As part of the initial first 10 minutes of a guests experience, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for making lasting first impressions, starting with the warm welcome/welcome back, owning each interaction and representing the company as if it is their own. In addition to undertaking various procedural and administrative duties, dealing with and diffusing conflict or tension is also a critical skill we are looking for.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance guest relations and service quality.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel or resort.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency while promoting a positive guest experience.
- Monitor front desk inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and excellence in guest service.
- Able to Work PM shifts a must
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong background in hospitality management is preferred, with an emphasis on resort or hotel environments.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
- Proficient phone etiquette and customer service skills are required to handle inquiries professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus but not mandatory
