We are in search of a new team member who has great attention to detail, good communication skills and a desire for excellent customer service.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Days & hours are between Thursday and Sunday, approximately 8:30am to 3:00pm
You will need to multi-task between packing and organizing food for deliveries, plating food for in-house consumption, making coffee drinks, packing up baked goods, keeping the dining area clean, and handing off and taking food to customers.
You will be interacting with our customers on a daily basis, so it is important that you have the desire and ability to build relationships that help our business grow.
Responsibilities:
- Making coffee drinks
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service.
- Running register
- Answering phones
- Packaging baked goods
- Keeping dining area clean
- Handing off and taking food to customers
- Be a team player (we are a close team)
- Follow all health code regulations when preparing food and handling money.
- Deliver food in a timely manner.
- Be an effective communicator
