Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Irrigation Technician, located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of irrigation systems across the property. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting irrigation systems for leaks or damages, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning components, scheduling irrigation, and supporting landscape maintenance efforts. Additional responsibilities may include supervising small teams for specific tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance tasks, including ensuring the health and appearance of landscaped areas
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in irrigation and landscaping issues
- Effective Communication skills for clear reporting and coordination of tasks
- Supervisory experience and ability to manage small teams efficiently
- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks and operate necessary equipment
- A commitment to safety and environmental standards
