About the RoleHolly Street Sales Co. is hiring an Event Sales Representative to represent a leading FDIC-insured savings marketplace at consumer events throughout the Florida and the greater Southeast market. You will be the face of the brand at home shows, boat and RV shows, wine festivals, and other consumer expos — engaging attendees, educating them on high-yield savings products, and driving account sign-ups and funded deposits.This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Work is primarily on weekends with occasional weekday events. Some travel to events outside the Orlando metro area will be required. What You’ll DoStaff a professionally branded booth at consumer events across Florida and the greater SoutheastEngage event attendees in conversation about savings and financial goalsEducate potential customers on high-yield savings, CD, and money market productsGuide qualified prospects through the account sign-up process on-site using provided tabletsFollow up with leads post-event to drive account fundingTrack and report lead activity, sign-ups, and funded accounts per eventMaintain professional brand presentation and comply with all regulatory guidelinesTravel to events outside your primary metro area as needed (mileage reimbursed) What We’re Looking ForRequired:Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience (minimum 2 years)Understanding of savings products, FDIC insurance, and basic financial conceptsStrong interpersonal skills — comfortable approaching and engaging strangersProfessional presentation and demeanorReliable weekend availabilityReliable transportation and willingness to travel within Florida and the greater Southeast for eventsSmartphone and comfort with basic technology (tablets, CRM apps) Preferred:Experience in event marketing, trade shows, or field salesFamiliarity with the Orlando metro area and regional event sceneBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusExperience engaging affluent demographics Compensation & DetailsPay: $25/hour performance bonuses tied to funded accountsClassification: 1099 Independent Contractor — you are responsible for your own taxes and insuranceSchedule: Primarily weekends with occasional weekday events.
